The soup came- we ordered both the vegetable soup and the mushroom cream soup. VERY SURPRISINGLY both soup taste very good - lots of vegetable in the vegetable soup and great texture (not too thick and not too watery) for the cream soup. Honestly i was expecting something quite nehh for the price. But they were cooked in greattt taste.
Here comes the steak and the rice noodles. Both mains are VERY well cooked. Of course the steak (sirloin) was not of great cut but it is tick and juicy enough to accompany the rice. Not to mention the tiny hint of truffle oil that goes perfectly with the protein. As for the rice noodles. I was originally quite reserved about that dish... i mean it is a Hong kong style western restaurant! How could the rice noodles be good? But my friend ordered it anyway. We were surprised to n ke it is really really yummy. The whole noodle is served with a great number of chicken which goes well with the medicinal nature of the dish. It certainly does not dissappoint!
