This Valentine’s Day coincided with happy Friday so my boyfriend and I decided to find a romantic restaurant to celebrate the day and heal ourselves from the busy daily life.When we stepped into the restaurant, we found that the atmosphere was quite exotic. When we stepped into the restaurant, we found that the atmosphere was quite exotic. We felt like having the dinner in the little forest. We were surrounded by the green plants. The furniture including the tables and chairs were made by wood. Also there was a live band next to our table. The light was dim so the staff put a little candle on our table. This restaurant put so much effort in creating such an exotic and romantic environment which is highly appreciated!

The appetizer - crab meat broccoli mousse, was so refreshing. Every ingredients blended into the mousse. It was very smooth and it melt in my mouth immediately. Also the crab was seasoned by the salt and pepper so the taste is not bland. If you don’t like eating vegetables, you can try this one. This broccoli was cooked in different way so It may give you an incredible and new experience of eating vegetables!

For the pasta, we ordered the spaghetti tossed in lobster sauce with scallops. The scallops wasn’t overcooked and it kept its freshness. They used numerous lobsters to make the sauce so the sauce was strong. It would be better if they choose linguini as the main pasta. It could absorb more sauce which made the whole dishes tasted better.

The surprise was pous-vide pork rack with garlic honey sauce. It took some time to cook but it was well worth the wait. We thought it would be dry as it looked thick. However, we were wrong. The pork was tender. It was so easy to split into half. The pork was succulent without losing its juiciness. The portion was big enough for two people. The garlic honey sauce was sweet. We kept dipping our pork in that sauce. It was way too delicious. Last but not the least, if you felt too greasy, here comes with the carrot and Broccoli, it brought you some freshness.
