I heard of this place since a friend of mine works at the center and always wanted to try it and finally my day came with a girlfriend of mine on a Monday night.The music was quite good and the mood of the place is just so different from any other Korean restaurants I have been to so far in Hong Kong. Drinks: I tried this Korean drink called 'mak-gulri' and was very suitable for Korean food especially with spicy food. The drink tastes very smooth and soft - looks milky. We also tried soju called 'chung-ha' which is apparently my friend's favorite soju and I could tell why. This soju was fruity and more like a plum wine than soju. This was very easy to handle between the two of us.
The yook-hwe, which is marinated raw meat, was amazing. I have never eaten raw meat so I was very against this dish but the manager recommended it and the meat quality was outstanding. I loved the flavor and everything about it. The dduk san juk at the beginning was good but the portion was small. We only have three pieces which could have been better if they had four.
The dduk man do gook made it up for the small portion since we could not finish it. The dumplings were amazing and the soup would be great for people who are drinking or hungover.
Overall, the bill came out to around 580 which was lower than our expectations. We usually spend more than 500 at other Korean bbq but this was definitely more in our price range.
I will go back for sure with bigger group to drink more here!
题外话/补充资料：
The manager told us that they have HSBC offer of 10% off if the spending is greater than 600; it would be best to go as a group to get this deal.
