My wife and I visit Dabpa Tung Chung often. We are always welcomed warmly by Mr. Leung and his team. They provide excellent service even when the restaurant is full and they are really busy.. Highly recommend the Cumin Ribs, Pork with mushrooms and the jade sprouts. Their specialty sour fish soups are not to be missed of course.We enjoy the Wantan Chicken soup very much. This is much more than a soup for the quarter chicken and the meaty wantans are delicious. The regular sour fish soup is good,
We enjoy the Wantan Chicken soup very much. This is much more than a soup for the quarter chicken and the meaty wantans are delicious. The regular sour fish soup is good, the grouper fish soup is great. We normally conclude the meal on a sweet note with either the red bean pancake or Koliktausa for dessert."
