After the ramen competition, I came to their other branch to try their chicken ramen.The full portion was definitely much larger. The burdock was served separately allowing it to be crunchy without the worry the soup soaking it.The noodles were perfectly cooked without being too soft. The char siu for both chicken and pork were really tender. The soup was the best part. It was really rich and viscous, almost like drinking a sauce.
