Went to have dinner at this restaurant with a friend n gf ytd night, We ordered a "ha gou" fried rice, grill pigs neck and a fried thai seafood "hor fun". The "ha gou" fried rice is really really good, the rice stiffness is just nice very chewy and a bit stiff and its cooked very dry not soggy, the scramble egg on top is still watery in the middle and it goes very well with the fried rice. And on the side theres some "yuk sung" for your to mix with but we didnt like it so didnt mix it with the rice. The pigs neck is very good too, the surface is crispy and the meat is soft and chewy, it taste very good but i didnt like the sauce on the side, its a bit too sour for me. The fried seafood hor fun is ok la, the hor fun is like "ju cheung fun" thick and long, its very chewy and its cooked quite good, a little bit burnt on the surface. The sauce is not that good, its not much taste at all but the seafood is very fresh.
