Went there for a late-ish lunch at 1:30pm. I had 2 pastas as I was carbo-loading.The aglio olio with squid was excellent. The firmness of the spaghetti was just right, unlike many other places that might well have made a soggy mess of it. Great seasoning with high-quality olive oil, and the squid - which is somewhat unusual - added a nice contrast to the spaghetti. The squid is also fresh, from a local market. The vongole was good too, with fresh clams from the local market. The only reasons I think I didn't enjoy it as much are because I'd already stuffed my face with the aglio olio, which I thought was excellent, and which is my favourite pasta anyway.
I also had a syphon filter house blend (Black Sheep), which was excellent, being well-balanced and properly made coffee.
Service was quick and efficient, with the dishes coming in less than 5 minutes. The decor and ambience were good, it wasn't too packed and there's no impact from the neighbouring restaurants.
