難得放假, 梗係搵個失業人士一齊去間好的餐廳食late lunch. 黎到差不多都2點半, 已經冇乜人. 原來入面都幾大, 仲有個又長又窄的露檯. 雖然檯同檯之間唔係好闊, 但好鍾意個裝修. 尤其是佢幾輻大畫同雀仔牆紙. Lunch set 2 courses $158. 3 courses $188. 加$128仲有wine pairing. 不過每個course得兩款揀.Bread: 熱的包係最好食的. 加上佢的smoke butter, 好好味, 好似食緊smoke ham bread. 不過溶左的牛油感覺特別油, 唔敢搽咁多. Beetroots salad with goat cheese, almond crumble, some small leaves and herbs, mustard gel: 個presentation好靚, 感覺好開心. Goat cheese唔算蘇. 個combination 聽落好奇怪, 但夾埋d葉同beetroot食原來幾夾. Almond crumble主要係用黎增加口感. 味道冇乜. 配Selbach-Oster Zeltinger

Beetroots salad with goat cheese, almond crumble, some small leaves and herbs, mustard gel: 個presentation好靚, 感覺好開心. Goat cheese唔算蘇. 個combination 聽落好奇怪, 但夾埋d葉同beetroot食原來幾夾. Almond crumble主要係用黎增加口感. 味道冇乜. 配Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling – Trocken-Mosel, Germany 2010. 唔鍾意飲白酒的我都覺得隻酒好味, 同個course都幾夾.
Pan seared barramundi with green peas and asparagus risotto compressed grand marnier orange, shaved vegetable salad: 魚好香好滑, 有d過多油. 唔鍾意食青豆的我都覺得個risotto幾好味 (因為青豆味唔重XD). Risotto 軟硬度剛好, 唔會太傑太滯. 開始時見到橙覺得好似同個course格格不入, 原來夾埋食好正. 橙的酸味中和左risotto同個魚的飽滯感, 可惜得兩小舊橙. 配Over the Shoulder by Oakridge Pinot Noir – Yarra Valley, Australia 2010. 唔係太鍾意呢隻酒, 亦覺得同個course唔夾.
另外share左甜品. White chocolate ganache with lemon curd, pink grapefruit mousse, pistachio powder, coconut sorbet: 碟野個樣好得意, 成個小朋友玩d泥膠咁! 就咁食pink grapefruit mousse好苦澀. Pistachio powder 綠色的冇乜味, 白色的入口即溶, 有d怪. 所有野疊埋一齊放入口…兩個人都整左個好奇怪的表情. 係一個好奇怪的味道…Friend話夾埋晒好似馬豆糕味. 唔會話好好味, 但幾特別, 要食多幾啖先接受d. 個人認為個coconut sorbet起左好大作用, 冇左個sorbet的冷感同香味, 齋食個ganache會好似食緊印度Kaju Barfi咁, 又甜又pat. 配 Paul Jaboulet Aine, Le Chant des Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise - Petit Grain Muscat Rhone, France 2009. 個人唔太鍾意飲甜酒.
總結: 全部course都有d特別的地方同都幾好味. 2 courses $158真係幾抵. 見佢有weekend brunch, 有機會會黎試. 张贴
