早在我瘋狂愛上 Espresso 前，Cafe Little 在香港咖啡圈子已很受歡迎，那時我曾慕名而訪，但實在不明白它的咖啡有什麼好。直到現在，我也不明白。Dont get me wrong, I have great respect to what they do. Single Origin Espresso that roasted in-house? GREEAAT idea and kind of 3rd wave! 不過 Single Origin 的原意是欣賞不同地區/莊園咖啡的特有風味，Cafe Little 選擇的烘焙度實在是過深 (或是烘焙曲線不好?)，焦苦炭味已完全蓋過咖啡風味 退一步來說，烘焙度的深淺絕對是個人喜好，店舖選擇極深焙絕對不是什麼問題，不過極深焙的學問不少，極深焙可以做到的香甜不是隨便炒得深就有的。Cafe Little 就炒不到那種極深焙的甜了。Unless they change their roasting profile radically, there is no reason for me to get my coffee fix h

Unless they change their roasting profile radically, there is no reason for me to get my coffee fix here in sheung wan since there are too many great indie coffee shops nearby.
