Good food but bad service

My family and I went to Kokomi for dinner. We dined there a few times and the staff is normally alright as we understand that the restaurant can be quite busy at noon. However, this time the staff who served us was rather rude. Even though we went for dinner when it was a lot more quiet than lunch time, the staff seemed to be having pms. I went with my family so there were three children. Our kids weren't that noisy but the waitress gave us a hard time. She came to warn us and asked the kids to

My family and I went to Kokomi for dinner. We dined there a few times and the staff is normally alright as we understand that the restaurant can be quite busy at noon. However, this time the staff who served us was rather rude. Even though we went for dinner when it was a lot more quiet than lunch time, the staff seemed to be having pms. I went with my family so there were three children. Our kids weren't that noisy but the waitress gave us a hard time. She came to warn us and asked the kids to keep quiet. She starred at us and gave us a hard time with her attitude. Although Kokomi is not the fanciest Japanese restaurant, I still wouldn't expect their service to be that bad. Perhaps it was just that one server that was impolite but it just doesn't make sense to me for servers to pull a long face and ask children to be quiet while the kids really weren't noisy.
