The infamous Felix restaurant. Came here to celebrate our anniversary with my wife, service and environment were great, but food weren't surprising. We would elect this restaurant to satisfy our food standard but we were wrong. The food were average to good at best, but honestly the the surrounding and the intangibles were fantastic. Overall, I would say this is a great experience, but in terms of food taste, it is ok.
