My friends wanted to have a hotpot date, so we head to try Tajiyama in Kwai Fong. So crowded on a Friday night and we queued for around an hour or so to get inside. I sticked to the sweet soy sauce (Sukiyaki) base as it is always my favourite. We chose the Japanese Kuroge Wagyu set and the beef was quite nice for the price of $289 per person. Apart from queueing it was a happy dining experience.
