My first impression of the restaurant was that it is very spacious and comfortable, as there are windows that allow light to stream in and mirrors that give an illusion that the restaurant is bigger than it actually is. There is also an instagrammable spot. There is a sofa with a coffee table and a cabinet of wine near it. The atmosphere is good, as people generally chatter silently, and the French music made it very relaxing. We tried the weekend special lunch menu., which is offered on weekends
We tried the weekend special lunch menu., which is offered on weekends from 12 noon to 6pm.
We ordered three sets, and a drink and soup will be added to the set with $28.
Although the service was good, the wait for food was quite long and we were quite hungry.
For the soup, it was cauliflower soup on that day and it tasted ok. For the salad accompanying the soup, it was surprisingly apples, although I would have much preferred vegetables.
The savory crepe tasted very good. It had a lot of parma ham, and loads of cheese in it, while the crepe was well made.
The lobster spaghetti was very creamy and had a good amount of lobster on it.
However, the truffle risotto was quite disappointing, as it was not creamy nor rich in flavor. I would have expected much more, given its price. So far, the best truffle risotto I've had is from Loyi Fateng in Mong Kok, I strongly recommend everyone to try it.
