We were frequent visitors to the Genki Sushi @ Sheung Wan. We were so happy that there was a new Genki Sushi @ Central at such a prime location! It was right next to an MTR exit but you need to take lift upstairs.My first dining experience here, however, was on a weekend when I brought my kids over for an early dinner. My first dining experience here, however, was on a weekend when I brought my kids over for an early dinner. We arrived around 6p.m. on Saturday and it was so empty. We easily occupied comfortable seats next to the high-speed railway.
We only ordered 3 types of sushi because we were constrained to those kids-friendly options.
Red shrimp was our all-time favourite and it was relatively cheap! 
Grilled eel was another of our all-time favourite and even our kids could eat them.
This 照燒親子軍艦 was new and we were told that there was 照燒sauce with chicken and mayo. The chicken was so tender that my kids kept asking for the chicken. I didn't get to try any of the sushi this time. Would come back and try out other items later.
