I love all the customization options at Tiger Noodles & Bar. I didn’t find any of the soup bases appealing though, so I opted for a curry sauce on dry egg noodles. I added some of their homemade chili sauce for an extra kick and the combination was pretty powerful! For a $60 bowl of noodles it was hearty, not too cheap but not crazy expensive either.
