It seems every time we walk around Kwai Chung Plaza, we come across something new. This time we discovered 菓屋 (English name: Fruithouse). Located a bit away from the other food stalls, this place served take away tea. They have basic fruit tea or ones with milk to make it into a smoothie. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge as it's take away only.I had a sekai-ichi apple tea ($25). I saw them pulverize a whole freshly cut apple! The fruit wasn't pre-cut like some place

I had a sekai-ichi apple tea ($25). I saw them pulverize a whole freshly cut apple! The fruit wasn't pre-cut like some places so it was really fresh. And you could taste it. There was a bit of tea but it tasted more like fresh apple juice. There was also a lot of pulp to give it a bit of fiber. For this price, it was really cheap. Real value for money. Will come again!
