While thinking of what to take away for dinner tonight, I walked past this ramen restaurant and was attracted by their promotion and food offered. They offered 20% for take away after 6pm currently. boku no ramen was located at Soy Street, few minutes walk from Mong Kok MTR.They served few choices for their ramen, with creamy or clear tonkotsu as the soup base. Besides that, they served appetizers and drinks. Peach soda and melon soda were from Japan, in glass bottle. They were gassy and refresh

Peach soda and melon soda were from Japan, in glass bottle. They were gassy and refreshing, sweet in taste.
Fried dumplings were fried till the skin was thin and crispy and the fillings inside were still hot and juicy. Mayo sauce was provided to dip onto it.
Fried chicken were huge in size, fried till crispy. It was chewy and juicy, with mayo cream provided to enhance the taste.
Meat lover ramen consisted of sliced pork, pork cubes, leek, bamboo shoot and egg. The chef was generous with the serving of meat, which covered almost the whole container. I chose clear tonkotsu soup with soy sauce, which was clear and rich in taste. Ramen, sliced pork and pork cubes were chewy. I topped up for dried shrimp and sweet corn, which were flavourful and crunchy.
Special ramen consisted of sliced pork, pork belly, seaweed, leek , bamboo shoot and egg. Pork belly was huge and long in size, grilled till chewy and juicy, with lean fats in between. Egg was soft and smooth too. I requested for creamy tonkotsu soup base, which was thick in texture, creamy and flavourful. I topped up for crab meat and bean sprout, which were juicy and crunchy.
