Went for a Friday night dinner solo; waiting list was 20 people deep, but luckily only had to wait 5 minutes for a spot at the counter to open up, which was by far the best seat in the house. Opted for their Wagyu beef noodles as the main course. Broth was rich and had sufficient power without being excessively oily. Ingredients looked bright and intensely fresh, with partial open kitchen layout contributing positively to overall ambiance. Personally prefer the counter seat to normal dining tables.
Dessert was a classic mango sticky rice; highlight was watching staff cut half a fresh mango with an extremely large knife. Mango was extremely fresh, and texture of sticky rice was on point.
