I’m a huge fan of Oyster Ramen these days😍and I found this interesting French Fine Dining restaurant that do Ramen for lunch😋I don’t know if their Ramen was western influence(I guess they are!?), cos the broth tasted a bit like cream chowder and I don’t usually see Asparagus and Baby Corn in Ramen…at least I’ve not seen it in HK😅but this Chowder Ramen…me love😍😍😍Not only I like the soup, the slow cooked chicken was also very tender and yummy and the other sides matched with the whole dish too. Given that it isn’t the traditional ramen you get but I really appreciate their creativity😊and I reckon HK need more restaurants like that😊
