I was a tourist in Hong Kong visiting the Hong Kong Space Museum last week with my son and husband. We were very hungry after the visit. The beautiful design of the body of Princess Kitchen Food Truck caught my son's attention. Therefore we ended up ordering food from there. We ordered two salmon combo set which come with drinks ($25 each, very reasonable price) plus a large dragon fruit bowl ($50, pretty pricy consider it as a desert for my son). The salmon was fresh and delicious and served with a crispy toast. We finished them in three minutes! The fruit bowl was sprinkled with fresh strawberry, banana, goji berry and granola. We love the food! My only complain is the price for the fruit bowl is a bit too high.
