food is so so , but service is fast

i used my hangseng credit card discount , buy "one get one free", but the waiter kept asking me to order more and more, he didn't let me to just order this buy one get one free set. ok fine!!i order one more bun and 2 desserts.the service is fast though, maybe not that many people that night on wed. the food is quite so so , but good looking .
