I’d ordered dinner take away from OpenRice, I asked the Cashier lady if my order was ready when I arrived. She looked at my Number & looked at the orders, and then went back to her cashier without an eye contact or verbal reply. So I assumed it wasn’t ready. I waited 20 mins until the couples arrived 15 mins later then me, they also got their order. Then I asked another waitress, where’s my order. She said “it’s here” I was really mad!!! The order was there since I arrived and the cashier ignore
Total I ordered 4 times, the first 2 times were great. Last time my order was being picked by someone, it was ok for a mistake in peak hour, I understood and gave it another chance tonight. And I guess, this would be my last time to order. Apart from food, I think the service & the politeness are very important for a resto.
