Came here at 5pm for a hot bowl of ramen since it was raining outside.Ordered a spicy tsukemen and the foie gras & beef tsukemen.Nothing fanciful about the spicy version but the foie gras beef tsukemen was really rich with the creamy truffle dipping sauce. Tasted like a really indulgent bowl of carbonara sauce and we finished every slurp of it. Foie gras was overcooked though so that was one area to improve.
