There was a flash photo op with Kuromi around K11 so I came here for a light lunch. I saw this store and decided to order 2 of their Tofu Skin(Beancurd sheet) Sushi. I ordered their Steak and Spicy Chicken.Flavor wise it was quite good. The thickness of the Tofu Skin was just right without being too thick yet thin enough to hold the sushi together. The flavors of the spicy chicken popped up more than the steak definitely. However, for such a small piece, it costs around $32-38 per piece so value

Flavor wise it was quite good. The thickness of the Tofu Skin was just right without being too thick yet thin enough to hold the sushi together. The flavors of the spicy chicken popped up more than the steak definitely. However, for such a small piece, it costs around $32-38 per piece so value wise I think it may not be a good bargain especially if you are hungry. For sales tactic, I also think they can offer a slight discount for the 4th piece(since the box is the same for 1-4 pieces) so people will be more tempted to buy 4 pieces.
