Sichuan spicy grilled fish seems to be such a popular dish lately, but this is my very first time trying it.I was definitely pleasantly surprised! It was an explosion of flavour. The fish was tender and soft and full of flavour. We also could order an extra six food items to add into the pot with the set.
We chose some veggies and tofu skin and also added extra items including beef and handmade fish paste.
Everything tasted amazing soaking in all the wonderful spices and flavours in the pot.
I feel like this elevated the hotpot game.
