🇫🇷 Apparently this is one of the hardest restaurants to book but I feel like it’s a bit overrated☹️💫 Cold Angel Hair with Kristal Caviar 7/10It’s well-seasoned (a bit too much for me though)💫 Beef Tartare Cannelloni 8/10The signature instagrammable presentation of beef tartare hahaha definitely a special take on beef tartare with it being creamy inside a crispy pastry shell. 💫 Chawanmushi, Maitake, Pickled Shimeji with Manjimup Truffles 9/10Everything blended so well~ 💫 Raviolo, Squid, Crustacean

I love the crustacean sauce! The ravioli itself wast just so-so.
💫 Bâtard’s Signature Roast Chicken with warm Pilaf Rice 8/10
The meat is so tender but I expected the skin to be a bit more crispy. The rice is very rich in flavour with chicken oil, worth the calories I would say haha
💫 Fresh Baked Madeleines 9/10
I don’t usually like madeleines but they surprised me! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Love them and I actually finished all the 3🤣
