finally tried its speical beef parts.all will be sold out before 1pm.lucky we arrived on 12:15pm a bit early this time.1) 崩沙腩 72$， in english, bing sand beef belly..not same as tradition one. a elastic skin attached. fatty morre and will melt in your mouth. hard to tell u. u come to try.2) 爽腩72$ ，chewy beef belly. more lean meat, not melting but stronger in beef taste. still good but i prefer the upper one.3) beef dumplings 48$ /6 pcs, very fresh and good dumpling. want to buy back home bino. ho
