My friend told me that they open this shop in Tuen Mun so we don't need to go to Mong Kok anymore!!!! Yeah🎉🎉🎉 It was around 5pm and there were lots of people. We waited for around 15 minutes and still needed to share a table with two others😫 Anyway, I saw lots of people ordering the big wooden tube so we got one as well. The big wooden tube is actually "azuki Shiratama with match ice-cream". The presentation was fabulous😍😍😍 They put dry ice at the bottom of the wooden tube to create a special effect. Let's talk about the dessert, my favourite Shiratama was delicious!!!!! 😋😋😋 They were so chewy💜 I love the texture very much! I like to eat it with the azuki bean paste because if you eat the bean paste by itself, it will be too sweet but if you eat the two together, they will taste very nice. The matcha tea jelly was a bit bitter, I need to eat it with azuki as well. The matcha ice-cream was full of flavour🍃🍃🍃 It was very smooth and not bitter.

We also got the matcha & hojicha warabimochi because each person needs to order at least one dessert or drink. I actually like the hojicha Mochi more then the matcha one because the matcha one was super bitter!!!!! My friend needs to pour lots of brown sugar syrup on it to eat it. The matcha syrup was very bitter as well. The Mochi was tasty and chewy.
