i love chicken hot pot and this is probably my favorite spot in HK. It is conveniently located in the middle of CWB so not hard to get to at all. First of course, we get the chicken at the lowest spiciness. But don't be fool as even the lowest level, it is still spicy. i would recommend the lowest so you don't urn yourself and cannot enjoy the hotpot afterwards!! i love how they give you the side dish for your own making but you don't really need it since it isfull of flavor already!! My favorite hot pot dish are the fried fish skin and the soy bean. the fried fish skin is so crispy!!! the noodles, both potato and udon, are so good. i cooked them last to soak in all the flavors from everything else. the service here is good and always walking around with the broth. The ac is also cold enough so you are not dying of sweat while eating!! recommend!!!
