I always wanted to give this cute corner diner a try. I saw a Groupon deal a couple of weeks ago and decided to give this a try. The food was fair -- not the most authentic but not bad for a small diner. The soup and appetizer were ok. The Burngiono was interesting. It's actually like an egg & ham quesadillas. The pasta dish tasted good but the pasta was a bit overcooked (not al dente) and it would have tasted much better had they used fresh herbs. To be fair, given such a small 1-lady kitchen, she did a good job.
Anyhow, this was, by far, my worst Groupon dinning experience. The server wasn't helpful at all. When I made a suggestion about the restaurant, she just kept playing with her phone. No apology even when I explicitly said I wasn't happy about the service. Well, apparently, her phone was more important than the customers. I told her that no matter how good the food was, the customer service level ruined my experience.
