Always thought what's the big deal about scrambled egg toast. It's available everywhere! Wrong! You have not tasted a good scrambled egg toast till you come to Capital Cafe. Probably becos they uses Hokkaido milk, the eggs are fluffy and soft. it's taste very rich and smell fabulous! To top it up is a generous glitter of truffles! Don't miss out on the milk tea!
