Extremely bad service and food

I went to the restaurant with my family yesterday, it was a Thursday nite. Since it was about 8:30pm, it was the only place that didn't need to wait for table, so we got in and ordered 5 dishes. The fish was smelly and tasted bad. We told the manager and he said the fish was fresh, smelly was normal, every fish smelly. I told him we wouldn't eat it, I suggested him to cancel the fish but he refused to do so and said he won't cancel but instead asked us to change other dishes. Note that his attut

Note that his attutide was extremely bad and irresponsible. All other waiter and waitress were not friendly and the rest of the dishes weren't tasty at all. I wouldn't recommended this restaurant to anyone.
