Shrimp, minced pork, bamboo shoot, black fungus and sesame. Various layers of texture in one bite.
SKOL beer - always my favorite when it comes to pairing with strong-flavored Chinese food. Served ice cold.
The friendly owner also gave us some mala nuts to munch on.
