Red Bar + Restaurant (已結業)

It's always hard to find a nice place to have quiet lunch @ central during weekdays so I suggested going to RED .. but the price tag took me by suprise ! The price of their lunch is similar to Harlans or other more fancy restaurants in IFC but we're sitting at the bench table and we're HOT TO DEATH !
