I strolled along in Festival Walk alone for around half an hour, but still couldn't think of what to grab for lunch! Dropping by EXP, I thought of the large soft shell crab salad that I had before. It was super crowded on a Sunday noon, but luckily I managed to get my seat 3 mins after waiting. It was super crowded on a Sunday noon, but luckily I managed to get my seat 3 mins after waiting. Remember to get the waiting ticket early!
Waiting somehow didn't justify that long (not for my case), as there were constantly empty seats unoccupied within my sight. People kept queueing and waiting outside, but these seats weren't allocated quickly.
I checked that having just a salad here was cheaper than that of Super Sandwiches! It was huge as usual, with soft shell crab hidden inside the bushes.
I love the seasoning which made it a bit of thai style, being sour and zesty. There were several pieces of fried soft shell crab, and I guess it was more than 3/4 of a crab! The seasoning and vast amount of veggies successfully balanced off the greasy state of crab.
