There are so many options for ramen now in Hong Kong, but unfortunately the quality is so inconsistent, however, the quality at Yokozuno is excellent and consistent. The broth is made fresh and not instant like many places. The flavours are delicate and not too overpowering or salty (they don't have the very salty msg taste which results in a very dry mouth). The soup base is not as thick as some places but it's less oily and more natural. They are generous with the toppings and the noodles are perfectly cooked so they're not too soft of mushy.
My favourite is the roast pork with the spicy miso base. There is always a wait here because it's a small restaurant and very popular but the line moves fairly quickly and it's well worth the wait!
