Authentic hunan food can be very difficult to find so this was a really good find! The 剁椒魚頭 (hkd338) was super fresh and tender, very fragrant, 小辣 was perfect (wouldn't be tongue-numbingly spicy until you can't taste anything), and portion was so large that the plate almost filled the whole square table (pictures don't do it justice!). Might seem very pricey at first glance but it's definitely worth the quality and quantity. Also tried the grilled winter melon with sauce (hkd88) - really nice fi
