Excellent Food Quality

This cafe is not just average, but rather, they serve excellent food. I always see many people lining up the queue on weekends, and so I went to try it out during my holiday on a week day. I was feeling hungry and craved a good burger, the price was slightly over HK$120, a bit pricey given it was located in the New Territories, but it was SUPER good.The ONLY burger in the house, and it was superlicious.  The ONLY burger in the house, and it was superlicious. The simple looking burger was actually cooked with a lot of thought, and choice of ingredients and combination was delicately made. For instance, the patty was made with angus beef and was slightly rare and very juicy. The fries were served steamingly hot and was seasoned with just enough salt and cumin powder. The burger bun itself was slightly toasted and texture was very light. The salad was well dressed with a bit of vinegar sauce, and the fact that the slice of red onion and sour cucumber was placed on the side indicated the astonishing consideration.

Always looking forward to come back again.
