Egg Factory has its soft opening recently in Tseung Kwun O, and it already set an exemplary standard for its food and dessert!This Grilled Salmon in Spinish Cream Sauce with Dress De Omelet came with a huge piece of quality salmon. The omelet was cooked right to the point, not too raw and not too dry. The Spinish Cream Sauce is absolutely fantastic, it thickness was just perfect to go with the rice, but not too stuffy.  This Grilled Salmon in Spinish Cream Sauce with Dress De Omelet came with a huge piece of quality salmon. The omelet was cooked right to the point, not too raw and not too dry. The Spinish Cream Sauce is absolutely fantastic, it thickness was just perfect to go with the rice, but not too stuffy. Bonus point is the rice underneath the omelet was cooked and flavored with meshi moto! Hearty! Point to note, you can choose how your egg is cooked.

 This souffle pancake was actually another nice surprise. I was a bit fed up poor souffle pancake before this, but this one changed my mind. It was freshly made, served hot, was so airy and soft. Topping it up with the freshly whipped cream made every single bite a purely pampering experience.
