Katsudo is a small restaurant that serves one thing and one thing only. Pork. Pork in the form of pork chops and char siu. Located in Sheung Wan, it was busy on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the char siu and shrimp with egg over rice ($59). Usually places serve it with either char siu or prawn but not both together. I thought ... wow .. great for those who want both. Well, it was ok. The char siu was a bit dry but the shrimp was fresh. The egg was cooked ok. They also give you a ot of sauce!
Boyfriend chose the char siu and egg sandwich ($34). This looked impressive. But it also fell apart so we ended up eating everything separately. The bread was toasted nicely with a bit of butter. I wish there was more char siu but it was delicious.
Price not expensive and food does come out quickly. Definitely a place if you just love pork
