What is it about summer when various new bubble tea places pop up. There are several that opened in the city. A number of them in Causeway Bay. I will slowly go through them all.木衛二伊通鑄茶所 (English name: Europa Tea Foundry) is from Taipei. This is their first branch in Hong Kong they have a focus on milk based teas. There was a crowd of people but the queue wasn't too long so I gave this place a try. Originally I wanted to try Tiger Sugar near by but the queue was insane so came here.They also s

They also seem to sell stamps? Or at least I saw a bunch of these every where.
Menu is in English and Chinese. As it's take away only, there is no 10% service charge.
I ordered the Lady Gray Latte ($29) with Honey Pearls ($3) (on the right) and boyfriend ordered the Tie-Guan-Yin Milk Foam Tea ($32) with Jasmine Tea Jelly ($5) (on the left).
I really didn't like my drink. It was mostly milk. Actually, half my drink was milk. The tea base was a bit watered down. The only good thing was the honey pearls. They were soft and sweet.
Boyfriend's drink fared better than mine. The milk foam was not too salty. The tea was a bit stronger but not too much. It was still a bit weak. The Jasmine jelly was a bit bland and I really couldn't taste any jasmine tea flavor at all.
The drinks we ordered weren't that good. It was a bit too milky and the tea wasn't very fragrant. I won't really be back.
