If this isn't one of the oiliest fried scallion pancakes then I really dont' know what is. It's just fried in so so much oil that I felt my cholesterol levels go up just looking at it. That being said, the pancake was so so so so good. The garlic was so pungent and fresh, and with the taiwanese sausages, it was just a perfect combination of guilty comfort food. It's not entirely cheap, $25 for 1, but it was worth every penny of pleasure whilst feeling my arteries slowly get clogged.
