🦆Foie Gras Terrine with Chili Dark Chocolate: A delightful surprise that the chocolate did not overpower the Foie Gras. It was also not overly spicy. A good blend of flavours.
🥩Beef Pastrami Tartare Profiteroles with Avocado 🥑: Flavours blended well. Will be better if the profiterole could be a bit more flaky.
🥪Spanish Ham Truffle Sandwich: Very nice flavours from the Spanish ham and truffle
SWEETS🌰Chestnut Mont Blanc: Loved the chestnut aromas. However, it was a bit too sweet
