I've always walked by the Hokkaido Diary Farm Milk Restaurant in Wanchai on my way to grocery shopping but never had the opportunity to pop in. Known for their three inch egg bread, I was determined to try it this time and despite already having lunch, my stomach couldn't say no this time! The three inch egg bread is made with Hokkaido milk giving the egg an extra creamy texture.  The sandwich is also pretty big (look at the photos for reference) - and with my small jaw opening capabilities, I n

I've always walked by the Hokkaido Diary Farm Milk Restaurant in Wanchai on my way to grocery shopping but never had the opportunity to pop in. 

Known for their three inch egg bread, I was determined to try it this time and despite already having lunch, my stomach couldn't say no this time! 

The three inch egg bread is made with Hokkaido milk giving the egg an extra creamy texture.  The sandwich is also pretty big (look at the photos for reference) - and with my small jaw opening capabilities, I nibbled away at it enjoying every single bite of egg and bread with hints of the hokkaido milk coming from both the bread and egg.
