I tried their signature drink at another store so I tried the 虎虎生風厚鮮奶 and tried the hot version. This drink also tasted rich without being too sweet. Due to the hotter temperature, the drink was more fragrant than the last time I tried it. The drink was not as pretty as the previous cold which has a nice swirling pattern.
The queue was quite confusing. Despite there was a sign saying which area, due to the crowds, it was all covered up.

There was no staff to guide us initially. Finally one staff came out to direct us. Drink wise I would rate good but service fair due to the queue problem.
