Reason for going: My friend just returned from Toronto and she wanted to try out some Korean food. I usually do my homework to come on Openrice to search for most popular places, but this time I wanted to try my luck. And guess what, I failed completely.
It was 7pm and we hurried as we walked to the "Korean Street", in hope for some unoccupied seats during the start of the dinner period. As recommended by my good friend previously, nearly every restaurants located at the "Korean Street" were pretty decent and they won't disappoint you much. So my friend and I tried our luck for the least occupied restaurant, and turned out to be Azumma that offered us a seat among another few.
Atmosphere: We were taken to the sub-restaurant (by the side of the main one) and it wasn't too big. Luckily we didn't have to share the table with other customers (as we clearly stated that). The setting wasn't bad, with a bit of decorations on the wall. However, our seat wasn't as nice as we thought - it was just next to the cashier. Totally disappointed - even though it was a dinner hour, my friend and I met up for some catching up especially for this occasion
Food: We chose a 燒牛肉飯 each and a 辣炒年糕 as snack.
