while the mango mousse stay between layers of chocolate cake: sponge-style & strong favour-mango also rich & creamy, it's totally satisfy us during tv-evening!
The mille-feuille (Napoleon) really disappointed me : layer is too heavy with tasteless cream, puff iswet & soft, no longer crispy anymore, without any character of its own !
