On a weekdays' evening, me and a friend were finding for a nice dining place at Sai Wan after class.  We came across this restaurant with wide variety of Jiang Xi China food, menu was filled with appealing photos and we finally decided to narrow down our choices with the following few dishes.椒盐鸡软骨 The chicken cartilages are well flavoured with a strong scent of pepper. The mild spicy sauce complemented very well with the well-cooked spareribs. The spareribs are tender and favourful and the serving size is perfect for 2 to 3 people.

The bright colours of the buns are attractive for photo-taking but the taste is really average and somewhat disappointing. One of the buns does not have any fillings in it so the pure bun is simply tasteless. It would be better if the other buns have more purple sweet potato and pork fillings in it for a richer taste.

The dessert has a pleasant sweet taste that is perfect after a rich meal. The soup is soothing to drink and gives you a mild sugary aftertaste.  

Last of all, this was a pleasurable dining experience with positive vibes and food was well executed!
