I suspect a herd of sheep, would be treated with more respect than people paying to dine in this restaurant. If you enjoy people losing their temper at you for staying longer(30mins) than they welcome you then I recommend you to try dining here at PhoLe (east point branch). If you don't mind the abuse but want some good Viet food... well sadly this is not your place either. The beef noodle was ok. but nothing spectacular to write home about. If you don't mind the abuse but want some good Viet food... well sadly this is not your place either. The beef noodle was ok. but nothing spectacular to write home about. Bowls of pre-prepared, chilly, lime and dried bean sprouts looked like it was sat out too long. Heart attack Chicken wings were too oily with too much butter garlic thrown on top, rice rolls were chewy, sauce was given out sparingly in small dished. Coffee was far too dense and sweet.
Management needs to investigate into the 'service' the staff are providing. I tried to be understanding, and at one point thought they might be tired from watching the world cup.. or perhaps they earn based on commission?? But as the dining experience went on, tirdness didn't seem to be the problem. They just don't have adequate experience or training. They are channeling their frustrations onto customers and going out of their way to be rude and unhelpful instead! I believe, with proper guidance this energy could be channelled into a better experience for all.

a few examples of terrible attitude:
We visited Friday 29th at around 11.45am. We were using an extra stool for a 4 year old child and baby. I told the staff "ah B**" I needed it when she tried to take it away for another table and pointed out nicely, that there was another stool by the door that no one was using. After, She totally lost her temper at us saying "We already have you a whole table, what now so you want? how many people are you?".
Also, When asked for more water to dilute the coffee that was far too dense, staff begrudgingly told us that we should have ordered "less sweet". However they never told us it was an option when we ordered.
I haven't even mentioned the general attitude and looks they were giving guests.

The service here is a joke. This is not acceptable at any restaurant and we will not visit again or recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of other options.
