I hope this review will help this restaurant to improve as I am about to provide a very honest opinion while feeling very disappointed, extremely bad execution, 點解可以咁樣出貨!! 😭😭😭😭 Ricebox 1: Pork Belly Preserved Mustard Greens 梅菜扣肉飯, I could only find a few pieces of meat this size in my entire ricebox, I almost couldn’t believe my eyes. Rice Box 2 and 3: Red Wine Braised Beef Brisket 紅酒炆牛腩飯, doesn’t look attractive (有少少似🤢🤢) , texture of beef brisket was not the same between both orders, ratio of meat and vege was also very different between the two orders...most importantly the colours were also very different! How on earth this happened 🤔😥😭😭😭😭😭😭

Rice was the most delicious of all, bouncy texture, aromatic, portion huge but weirdly huge when the dish is only so tiny.

Soup, I was extremely happy when I opened the cover because there were lots of ingredients (好足料) but the soup tasted like water, I almost was too afraid to ask my family to drink it because it was so tasteless. The conch was difficult to chew, I’m now having a stomach pain even hours after dinner..pork was dry and also a bit hard to chew. Sigh 😔.
In terms of taste, presentation, texture of meat, volume, they all rank extremely low in my own opinion, they really need to taste test themselves if they haven’t done so.
